Love staying here, they go above and beyond to help you out with anything you need. They are super attentive to their guest. And you absolutely can't beat their prices!! If you're in the area or coming to visit near by I absolutely recommend you stop and stay a night or two.
The crew at this hotel is amazing the service was above and beyond. The location is so perfect for the Airman graduation because you are only about a mile from the visitors gate which is the easiest gate to get into for the graduation ceremony. Graduation week is very busy and if you're looking for a great place to stay the safe and secure with great service this is the place we had a wonderful time and the crew went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed great stay!
Front desk staff were friendly, Good clean rooms and my room was right in front of my parking spot which made me feel safe about my car
Was a bit leery when I booked on HotWire for a 3.5+ star room and it gave me EconoLodge, but this is cleaner than a lot of hotels I've been in from "pricier" brands. A connoisseur of Another Dirty Room, I did my check and found nothing amiss. Sure, it might be a bit dated, but it's comfortable, has a fridge and the AC works, which is all I really require.
We stayed at the Econo Lodge in mid-December 2024 to attend one of our son's BMT Air Force graduation at Lackland Air Force Base. We also had family fly in from out of state and they stayed in another room during the graduation. We arrived around 2:30AM with our small dog after a 15 hour road trip. The young male attendant was very helpful with clear directions to the Lackland AFB entry gate for the graduation. We paid a small pet deposit fee. The room was clean and the mattress was fairly comfortable; there was daily room cleaning. The hotel parking lot was safe and the hotel was pretty quiet. The AC/heating unit worked and there was a small fridge inside the room. The prices were very reasonable and we are glad to have had a good hotel experience. Thank you to the young man (hotel attendant) who was super nice and helpful during our stay!
Nice lady at check-in, very quick and efficient. Clean, big room with comfy bed and amenities like fridge and microwave. AC worked very well. WiFi worked super well compared to a lot of other hotels. Very happy with my stay!!!! The only reason I didn’t give five stars was because I felt a little odd with the fact that there were just two sets of curtains and not blinds and also there was a small crack between the door and the frame that was just a little off. Other than that it was perfect.
They staff is nice and courteous. Rooms are clean and the price is good.
